The Nationwide Virtual Care Practice Manager will oversee the operational aspects of knownwell’s virtual healthcare program, ensuring efficient patient and staff experiences while adhering to healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Prior clinical support experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Five or more years of healthcare management experience.
• Two years overseeing virtual care operations.
• Strong understanding of telehealth workflows and compliance.
