Overview

As an Inbound Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing measures to engage target audiences and convert them into qualified leads. Your focus will be on transforming technical product information into high-quality content, optimizing our digital channels, and data-driven demand generation for our Cloud Solution Workbench.

In Short

  • Planning, creating, and distributing target-specific content (blog articles, whitepapers, video content, landing pages, social media posts, etc.)
  • Optimizing all channels, especially our website, to increase organic reach
  • Building a digital or product-oriented customer journey, including suitable marketing automation workflows (HubSpot)
  • Close collaboration with product management to align product positioning, relevant marketing stories, competitive analyses, and current technology trends
  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of conversion rates (CRO)
  • Managing and coordinating external agencies and freelancers

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in inbound marketing, ideally in a software company
  • Understanding the challenges faced by software architects and developers
  • Experience working with technical content that resonates with developers
  • Combining creative ideas with a structured and independent working style
  • Using data analysis effectively to optimize campaigns and measures
  • Practical experience with modern marketing tools, especially HubSpot
  • Fluent communication in German and English, both written and spoken
