Overview

The Travel Skid Steer Operator will be part of a dedicated team that operates skid steer machinery, supporting various civil and photovoltaic construction tasks while maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites.

In Short

• Operate skid steer and assist with trenching and grading.
• Load and unload tools and materials.
• Support civil work activities including conduit installation.
• Assist with photovoltaic construction when not operating machinery.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment.
• Coordinate with team leads for daily work plans.
• Travel and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Follow company policies and safety expectations.
• Support additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating skid steer equipment.
• Experience with civil or solar construction preferred.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%).
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
