Overview

The Electrical Construction Manager will provide on-site supervision for industrial electrical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution while managing field operations and crews.

• Lead on-site planning and job site safety
• Oversee daily progress reporting
• Interpret project execution based on drawings
• Coordinate with project managers on scheduling and cost tracking
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce protocols
• Provide mentorship to on-site personnel
• Review timecards and job costs
• Maintain a 3-week lookahead schedule
• Act as the on-site representative for inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
• Industrial electrical construction experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills
• Competency with Microsoft Office
• Travel availability up to 100%
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
