Overview

The Electrical Industrial Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for electrical projects, reviewing project plans, and utilizing software tools to create detailed cost breakdowns.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical projects.
• Review project plans and specifications.
• Utilize Accubid and Bluebeam for cost breakdowns.
• Analyze project scopes and develop material and labor estimates.
• Research pricing for materials and subcontractor services.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Present cost estimates to management and clients.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and bids.
• Ensure estimates are completed on time.

Requirements

• Proactive and eager learner in electrical estimating.
• Experience with estimating software (Accubid/Bluebeam).
• Industrial electrical experience is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
