Klue Engineering is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop LLM-powered agents for enhancing user workflows and insight generation systems.

• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation systems.
• Optimize retrieval pipelines using various approaches.
• Develop evaluation pipelines for retrieval and generation.
• Collaborate with Product to deploy ML-powered search agents.
• Profile and debug retrieval and generation components.
• Stay updated with advancements in LLMs and retrieval techniques.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Knowledge of query understanding and document summarization.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure for scalable ML workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience with vector databases and traditional search engines.
• Understanding of data pipelines and large-scale data handling.
• Ability to balance research and production needs.
• Knowledge of automated LLM evaluation methodologies.
• Skilled at prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
