Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management and contracts.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements in Canada and the US.
  • Advanced skills in project management and resource management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field is an asset.
  • Experience in life sciences is a plus.
  • Ability to create structure while being flexible.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Effective multi-tasking capabilities.
