Requirements

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Native Swedish speaker with business English proficiency.
• Based in Sweden with the right to work in the EU.
• Must be registered for F-skatt or willing to obtain it.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused advocate.
• Curiosity about technology and AI.
