Project Support Associate (Internship) - Remote

Overview

The Project Support Associate performs a variety of tasks in the delivery of qualitative and quantitative market research projects. As a member of the Project Support Team, this role will flexibly support the research delivery teams as business needs dictate.

In Short

• Temporary position from June to December 2025.
• Support research delivery teams as needed.
• Assemble background information on clients/therapy areas.
• Modify Design Meeting deck templates.
• Participate in developing survey questionnaires.
• Test survey programming and ensure quality control.
• Analyze data and create charts/tables.
• Proofread materials for quality and flow.
• Monitor quality and accuracy of data and reports.
• Work on special projects for the Research department.

Requirements

• Ability to manage complex tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellence in oral and written communication.
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Good time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with statistical software like STATA or SPSS preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 0-2 years of experience.
• Expert proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Suite preferred.
