Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Experience with Section 42 Tax Credit Housing Program.
• Annual training in fair housing and leasing.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Intermediate experience with property management software.
