Shipping Associate - Remote

Overview

We’re a fast-growing startup seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to help manage our shipping operations. If you’re looking for a traditional 9-to-5 corporate role, this won’t be a good fit—please apply only if you're comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment.

In Short

• Ensure all items are shipped on time, with the help of the Shipping Assistant
• Review current inventory and identify which pre-order items are ready to ship
• Coordinate with the Inventory Team to replenish out-of-stock items
• Collaborate with the QA Team to double-check sizing for premium items before shipment and take ownership of final approvals
• Accurately log and track orders in Shopify and communicate updates via Slack
• This is a retail role focused on B2C shipping

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in a related field
• Open to feedback and collaborative in nature
• Organized and responsible, with a strong sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup setup
• Clear, proactive communicator
• Freelance or business ownership experience is a strong plus
