Overview

The Manager, Event Design & Operations is responsible for planning and executing high-impact events for KIPP Public Schools, ensuring logistical excellence and positive feedback from attendees.

• Lead the planning and execution of KIPP events.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in event management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in customer service roles preferred.
• Proficiency in tools like Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, and Zoom.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to KIPP’s mission and values.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on execution.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
