Designer - Women's Croft & Barrow - Remote

Overview

As a Designer, you will oversee the design of all bottoms, skirts, dresses, and jackets, crafting an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and appeals to the target customer.

In Short

• Build, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets, and design packages.
• Ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Designer and Design Director.
• Provide direction for color and art development.
• Present designs in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Trend and Design Team to prioritize trends.
• Research the domestic market for new trends and techniques.
• Meet with vendors for sourcing of fabric and trim.
• Ensure product consistency with market trends and business strategy.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and CAD.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of design experience required.
• Previous retail experience is essential.
• Ability to discern color.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to complete company training programs.
