In Short

  • Join Kin's new Agency division as a Licensed Sales Agent.
  • Connect with clients to promote a range of insurance products.
  • No cold calling; receive qualified leads from the Marketing team.
  • Provide consultation for home, auto, umbrella, and flood insurance.
  • Engage with customers via calls, emails, and texts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets using persuasive techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Educate customers on insurance products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of insurance sales experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Call/Contact Center experience preferred.
  • Experience with multiple carriers.
  • Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred) is a bonus.
