As a GTM Talent Partner at Kiln, you will support the company's growth across EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven success hiring GTM roles.
• Strong sourcing capability across various channels.
• Deep understanding of revenue-oriented metrics.
• Experience using modern ATS platforms.
• Fluent/native English speaker.
