DeFi Research & Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The DeFi Research & Business Analyst will focus on strategic research, partnership development, and cross-functional collaboration to identify business opportunities in the DeFi space.

In Short

• Conduct strategic research and analysis on Fintechs and DeFi protocols.
• Perform competitor analyses to inform product strategy.
• Create financial scenarios and synthesize findings into reports.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in the DeFi ecosystem.
• Collaborate with various teams to translate insights into product requirements.
• Craft educational materials and thought leadership content on DeFi topics.
• Participate in business trips and on-site meetings with partners.
• Maintain internal CRM systems for partner tracking.
• Lead stakeholder working groups for pilot programs.
• Drive executive engagements and follow-up action plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of DeFi and Crypto ecosystems.
• Understanding of financial concepts and regulations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with partnership management is a plus.
• Ability to create educational content is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams is a plus.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
