Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will help drive process improvements across the organization, identifying operational gaps, analyzing workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

• Work primarily in GMT/CST hours with flexibility to work in global timezones.
• Partner with cross functional teams to assess current business processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Coordinate initiatives to close process gaps from discovery through implementation.

• Manage process improvement projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to share findings.
• Track progress and report on outcomes ensuring continuous feedback loops.
• Support change management efforts for new processes and systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or project management.
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA or equivalent certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, ClickUp, Jira.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Scrum, Six Sigma).
