Overview

As a Lead Fullstack Engineer at Kiln, you will join our Software Development Team to build the future of our SaaS/API-first products.

In Short

• Lead the Fullstack squad and collaborate with Product Managers and Designers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
• Design, develop and implement new features with a focus on frontend and backend.
• Participate in code review, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Interact with customers for debugging and product discovery.
• Ensure compliance with software security norms.
• Suggest continuous improvements for Kiln's platform.
• Communicate the software roadmap and technical challenges.
• Work with a stack including TypeScript, React, PHP, and Laravel.
• Fluent in French and English.

Requirements

• +1 year of experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
• +6 years as a Software Engineer with API-based products.
• +2 years leading a full-stack team.
• Proven skills in TypeScript and React or Vue.
• PHP/Laravel programming skills.
• Familiar with software development best practices.
• Experience in a team-based development environment.
• Curiosity and ability to follow through on topics.
• Ability to balance impact and thoroughness.
• Fluent in both French and English.
