Lead Engineer - Fullstack - Remote

HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform that empowers marketing agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to elevate their digital presence and drive growth. We currently have ~1200 employees across 15 countries, working remotely as well as in our headquarters, which is located in Dallas, Texas.

In Short

• Lead the design and scaling of backend systems for the Workflows Platform
• Architect, develop, and optimize core databases
• Utilize and manage Google Cloud Platform services
• Design APIs and cloud functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and guide junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services
• Deep knowledge of databases, particularly MongoDB and Firestore
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
