The Virtual Professional Learning Facilitator will support school districts across the United States by facilitating engaging and interactive virtual learning sessions for educators and school leaders, ensuring tailored and impactful professional development.

• Align with Customer Success Managers on customer goals.
• Manage session logistics and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in education or professional learning facilitation.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging sessions for adult learners.
• Knowledge of instructional practices and edtech tools.
• Flexibility to deliver sessions on a varied schedule.
• Comfort with webinar platforms and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; Master’s preferred.
