Overview

This role involves supporting the Workday Compensation capability area and collaborating with the Reward Team to design and deploy complex global compensation cycles.

In Short

• Support Workday Compensation and related HR systems.
• Partner with the Reward Team for global compensation cycles.
• Analyze and develop solutions for Workday HR systems.
• Act as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Manage annual compensation administration processes.
• Maintain Workday HR Systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Translate business requirements into project plans.
• Implement process improvements and new features.
• Create and maintain dashboards for business leaders.
• Serve as a support contact for user inquiries.

Requirements

• Experience with Workday HR systems.
• Knowledge of HR processes including HCM and payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
• Familiarity with dashboard creation and data analysis.
• Proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Global coverage experience preferred.
