Overview

As the Player Engagement Team Lead, you will play a very important role in ensuring the success of our projects, being the bridge between Keywords Studios and our valued clients. You will be in charge of critical tasks, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

In Short

  • Lead and manage teams of specialists in customer support.
  • Proactively address project issues to prevent disruptions.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Monitor ticket databases to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Maintain awareness of project status and provide reports.
  • Develop training materials for team enhancement.
  • Conduct quality control checks and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Manage vacation requests and monitor attendance.
  • Provide positive recognition and disciplinary actions.
  • Familiarity with player support tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Native level Japanese (JLPT N1 or above) and excellent English skills.
  • Experience in Customer Support.
  • Flexibility in Shift Schedule.
