Overview

The Senior Risk Analyst - Merchant Acquiring is responsible for managing risk and optimizing returns in the merchant onboarding and monitoring process within the Commercial Bank.

In Short

• Daily merchant risk reviews and investigations.
• Monitor suspended transactions and communicate with merchants.
• Respond to inquiries from Sales staff regarding applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of risk experience, preferably in merchant acquiring.
• Understanding of fraud indicators and risk mitigation practices.
• Experience with merchant boarding and risk systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage large data sets using Excel.
• Experience with Tableau and Sequel.
• Focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
