DevSecOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

Kentro is hiring for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining the infrastructure and services that support our software applications.

In Short

• Develop and maintain infrastructure and automation tools using scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, and Bash.
• Build and deploy microservices and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonarqube, and Gitlab.
• Monitor system stability and performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Implement security measures to ensure the protection of systems and data including applying DISA STIGs and Applications.
• Function as ISSO when required.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between the development and operations pipelines.
• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of web applications.

Requirements

• Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Ruby, Bash.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Gitlab.
• Understanding of security measures and compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Leadership experience in guiding development teams.
