Overview

Keller Postman is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Strategic Operations Business Analyst to join the Case Management team. This role is primarily responsible for building robust Sigma reports and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across case development and operations.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic Sigma Computing reports and dashboards.
• Analyze client workup data to identify trends and drivers of case quality.
• Develop predictive models to forecast client workup volume.
• Conduct productivity analyses to evaluate case management team performance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data used in reports.
• Document data definitions and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT to enhance data sources.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
• Strong experience with Sigma Computing or similar BI tool.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits

• Base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
