KBRA Credit Profile (KCP) - CMBS Analyst - Remote

Overview

KBRA Analytics, LLC (KBRA Analytics) is seeking a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities analyst for the CMBS Subscription Group. The position will be based out of KBRA’s Dresher, PA office.

In Short

• Monitor the credit performance of CMBS transactions.
• Perform detailed cash flow analysis for CRE properties.
• Derive valuations for the largest assets within each transaction.
• Maintain monthly surveillance on a portfolio of CMBS transactions.
• Contribute towards monthly, weekly, and topical research pieces.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of work experience in commercial real estate or CMBS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, accounting or real estate.
• A passion for real estate and analytics.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Working knowledge of the CREFC Investor Reporting Package and Trepp a plus.
