Overview

The Proposal Manager will lead the development of complex Federal Government proposals, guiding a team from opportunity identification to award while ensuring compliance and strategic excellence.

• Lead proposal management and content development for government pursuits.

• Conduct research and analysis to support proposal development.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the proposal process.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years of experience in proposal management.
• Experience with large, complex government proposals (>$200M).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel periodically (up to 25%).
• US citizenship required.
