Overview

As a Senior Manager, International Payroll at KAYAK, you will lead the payroll operations team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple international jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Deep knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong expertise with payroll systems such as Workday or ADP.
• Experience leading payroll system implementations.
• Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret payroll data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
