Senior Manager, International Tax - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, International Tax will take ownership of corporate tax compliance and provision processes for international subsidiaries, working closely with external tax advisers.

In Short

• Oversee international income tax compliance process and review international tax returns.
• Manage quarterly and annual global income tax provision and reporting for international subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with international indirect taxes, including VAT.
• Manage tax audits by international tax authorities.
• Analyze financial statement impact of business transactions and legislative changes.
• Supervise junior team members and ensure timely financial results.
• Develop tax staff through performance management and training.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and cross-functional partners.
• Conduct international tax research to resolve issues.
• Assist with tax-related process improvements.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in accounting, finance, or tax required.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in tax profession with knowledge of international taxation and ASC740.
• Public company/SEC experience with PCAOB standards and SOX requirements.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with remote work experience.
• Ability to train and manage tax professionals.
