Workday Prism Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Prism Consultant to support ongoing analytics, reporting, and data integration needs. This is a remote, part-time opportunity (20 hours/week) ideal for professionals who can provide hands-on expertise while collaborating with cross-functional HR and Finance teams.

In Short

• Design, build, and optimize Workday Prism datasets, dashboards, and reports.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into Prism solutions.
• Integrate Prism with Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and external data sources.
• Manage data pipelines, data transformations, and ensure data accuracy/consistency.
• Provide ad hoc reporting support and deliver insights to business leaders.
• Document design, configurations, and best practices for reporting and analytics.
• Support ongoing enhancement requests and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Workday reporting and analytics experience, including 2+ years in Workday Prism Analytics.
• Hands-on experience building complex datasets, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Finance modules.
• Experience with data integration, ETL, and external data ingestion.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to manage large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently on a remote, part-time schedule.
