Workday HCM Consultant - Remote

Overview

This is a remote 2 months full-time consultancy where you will provide day-to-day functional support for Workday, focusing on user assistance and driving post-go-live stabilization, adoption, and optimization.

In Short

• Provide functional support for Workday HCM.
• Assist with training preparation and documentation.
• Support local HR teams across different geographies.
• Act as a functional expert for Workday post-launch.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize operational disruption.
• Translate Workday terminology for stakeholders.
• Maintain support documentation and training materials.
• Deliver training and guidance to HR staff.
• Collaborate across global time zones.

Requirements

• Educational background in HR, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• Workday HCM certification preferred.
• Experience in implementation and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
• Familiarity with data validation and compliance processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
