Workday Studio Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Studio Consultant to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This is a remote position open to candidates authorized to work in the United States. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Workday Studio to design, build, and deploy complex integrations and custom solutions tailored to our clients across a variety of industries.

In Short

• Analyze and document integration requirements, including impact analysis, cost estimates, and development timelines
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Studio integrations to connect Workday with other business systems
• Optimize and maintain Workday Studio solutions for critical business functions such as HR, finance, payroll, and more
• Collaborate with functional teams to architect integration strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity across all connected systems
• Lead technical training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users and client IT teams
• Document integration processes, technical specifications, and best practices for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday integrations, with at least 2 years focused on Workday Studio
• Experience designing and implementing integrations for various business functions
• Workday certifications are highly preferred
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, web services, and data mapping
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business needs
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
