Kasa is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting leader to join us as the Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting. We’re seeking a Leader who doesn’t just manage accounting processes but actively rethinks and optimizes them.

In Short

• Lead corporate and property-level accounting teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Manage a team of ~20 across the US and Mexico.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounting/reporting in hospitality or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of USALI and GAAP standards.
• Experience with corporate-level reporting and KPI analysis.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, SQL, or Looker is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to innovate and improve legacy processes.
• Experience in public or venture-backed company reporting is a plus.
• Integrity and problem-solving mindset.
