• Lead the company-wide rollout of an information security governance framework based on NIS2.
• Establish structures and processes in 20 legal entities to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementing governance or IT compliance structures.
• Consulting background is an advantage.
• Knowledge of NIS2, information security, or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Project management knowledge (classical or agile).
• IT affinity, process-oriented thinking, and change competence.
