In Short

• Create and maintain a variety of educational content, including e-learning courseware, process steps/guides, video tutorials, etc.
• Develop engaging onboarding materials to guide new users through the product.
• Design content with user experience in mind, focusing on clarity and usability.
• Analyze content performance through customer feedback and user behavior data.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Keep content up to date by integrating into the product release cycle.
• Engage in the product release process to stay updated on product changes.
• Respond to customer learning-related questions and support needs.
• Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for reporting and certification.
• Drive continuity and consistency in content across various platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in educational or marketing content development.
• Proven ability to create engaging content that drives user participation.
• Strong writing and editing skills to distill complex information.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management platforms.
• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
