Overview

The Associate Product Manager supports ongoing initiation and maintenance of Kaplan’s education and review products for the Wealth Management line, working with various internal teams to assist in the production of Wealth Management Products.

In Short

Support strategic planning and product development for Wealth Management products.
Assist in communication between product and functional groups.
Support sales and marketing activities for products.
Ensure content readiness for LMS placement.
Conduct functionality reviews of product releases.
Troubleshoot LMS and BDS issues.
Adapt to internal systems and Learning Management Systems.
Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks/projects.
Participate in the development and delivery of value stream products.
Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or related degree in General Studies.
6+ years of experience in product knowledge, customer service, and technical support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
Attention to detail and ability to adjust to changes.
Strong project/product focus and detail-oriented.
