• Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions in a fast-paced startup environment
• Managing and optimizing GCP services
• Building Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and implementing CI/CD pipelines with Github actions
• Working with development teams to architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions
• Monitoring system performance, implementing observability solutions, and ensuring high availability across all services
• Analyzing infrastructure needs, suggesting improvements to our cloud architecture
• Implementing and maintaining security best practices for a secure cloud environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with Google Cloud Platform services and cloud infrastructure management
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker containerization, and orchestration at scale
• Experience managing and scaling Kafka clusters, Elasticsearch deployments, and MongoDB instances
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Deployment Manager) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and cost optimization in cloud environments
• Experience working within cross-functional teams
• BS/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
