Overview

As a Junior Accounting Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering financial expertise to our small business clients, with a primary focus on tax.

In Short

• Prepare personal, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
• Engage clients on tax compliance matters and resolve inquiries.
• Review financial statements and assist with compilations and reviews.
• Conduct tax compliance research and assist with responses to taxing authorities.
• Act as a bridge between Staff Accountants and Managers.
• Present on various topics and participate in professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• CPA or EA certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and tax-related platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Enthusiasm to grow in a fast-paced environment.
