Overview

Kairos Power is seeking a highly motivated Cost Accounting Manager responsible for overseeing and leading all cost accounting functions for multiple product lines within the organization, supporting the company’s financial performance.

• Oversee cost accounting functions for multiple product lines.

• Perform month-end close procedures and financial reporting.

• Monitor results of cost-saving strategies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and ensure safety.
