EMEA Credit Controller - Remote

Overview

K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of unique end-to-end consultative solutions in the enterprise applications, AI, and cloud space. This is a Fully Remote role.

In Short

• Manage the full AR process including invoice preparation and cash application.
• Perform credit checks on new and existing clients.
• Apply incoming payments and save remittances to the shared G Drive.
• Update the cash flow forecast with actual receipts and projections.
• Download AR Aging Summaries weekly to track outstanding invoices.
• Prepare AR balance reports for leadership updates.
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage a portfolio of customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing issues.
• Maintain vendor sheets with AR invoice numbers and payment statuses.
• Prepare updates for weekly staff meetings and forward aging summaries.

Requirements

• Strong experience in accounts receivables or accounting support.
• Proficient with Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Comfortable working with multiple time zones.
• 2+ years of experience in a multinational context.
• Organized and able to manage tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for follow-ups and discrepancies.
