Overview

The Head of Retail will lead and inspire a retail team to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience, driving operational excellence and maximizing store performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior retail leadership, preferably in lifestyle or premium apparel.
• Proven track record in delivering growth and store performance improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data insights into strategies.
• Inspirational leadership skills to engage and develop teams.
• Excellent influencing skills for board-level engagement.
