Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at K15t, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout their journey and ensuring their success with our software.

In Short

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers using Scroll Sites.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues by reproducing problems and documenting bugs in Jira.
  • Organize and conduct screen-sharing sessions with customers.
  • Escalate complex cases to engineering with clear communication.
  • Improve user-facing documentation based on customer feedback.
  • Capture customer requirements and feature requests in Confluence.
  • Stay updated with new product releases and features.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Structured and reliable working style with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of web development and cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem, especially Confluence, is advantageous.
  • Confidence in speaking and writing German is a plus.
