Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer (m/f/x) to join our Scroll Documents team, where you will define the vision for our content management apps, focusing on user experience.

In Short

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
• Design and refine the user experience across our Scroll Documents app.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers.
• Work with other Product Designers for a consistent user experience.
• Establish and improve UX and design processes.
• Mentor and guide junior designers.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to design.
• Experience creating design deliverables like prototypes and design systems.
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers.
• Data-informed mindset for design improvements.
• Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools and Design System is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
