In Short

• Create, upload, and maintain service funnels across multiple platforms
• Develop error-free and consistent content for service funnels adhering to established guidelines
• Oversee funnel content management to ensure updates are executed accurately and on time
• Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to gather funnel requirements and manage updates
• Analyze funnel performance and implement improvements for better customer engagement
• Ensure consistency in funnel attributes and adherence to content quality standards
• Optimize funnel content based on user behavior and analytics insights
• Manage the activation, revamp, and regular updates of funnel attributes
• Proactively identify and resolve issues in funnel processes to ensure smooth operation
• Serve as the liaison between Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams for seamless communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• +3 years of experience in funnel management, e-commerce listing, or similar roles
• Proven expertise in CRM systems and digital content management tools
• Strong attention to detail for error-free uploads, updates, and funnel consistency
• Experience working in startup, tech, app, or e-commerce environments
• Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting and content development
• Knowledge of user behavior on e-commerce platforms and best practices in funnel optimization
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented approach
