Overview

As a Graphic Designer in our Digital Marketing team, you will create engaging assets for digital ad campaigns, collaborating with PPC, copywriters, and brand teams to produce static and video ads that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions on digital platforms.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing and creative design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of mobile-specific and responsive design, plus HTML expertise.
• Mastery of typography, illustration, layout, and color theory.
• A keen eye for A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Experience working closely with business, UX, and product teams.
• 4+ years of experience designing high-performing video ads.
• Familiarity with Google Web Designer and DV360 Ad Templates.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
