Overview

The Manager, Paid Social is accountable for managing paid social strategy, optimization and execution across all in-house platforms and works to ensure the highest level of quality work, strategic thinking, and collaboration with both internal and external partners for a select group of accounts.

In Short

  • Holistic ownership of client accounts, including strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic and executional support to team members on a variety of clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as needed.
  • Proactively communicate with client and internal teams; prepare call agendas, and follow up with call recaps.
  • Organize campaign materials and set up ads in various social media platforms.
  • Perform in-platform maintenance and optimizations.
  • Produce and analyze campaign reports measuring performance and effectiveness.
  • Ensure tactics and vendors utilized are GDPR compliant.
  • Manage vendor relationships and cultivate partnerships.
  • Mentor Coordinator and Associate level team members regarding paid social best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a digital marketing environment.
  • 3+ years experience with paid social platforms.
  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing and media activation.
  • Skills in analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Commercially astute with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Active listening and people management skills.
