US Community Lead - Remote

Overview

The US Community Lead will take full ownership of building Juro's presence in the US legal market by growing a community of in-house lawyers and organizing local events.

• Location: Candidates must be based in the US, preferably Massachusetts.
• Flexibility: Work fully remotely from Day One, with office hubs in Boston and London.

• Interviews: 3 stages totaling around 3 hours over 2 weeks.

• Reporting to: VP Marketing, Helena Wood.
• Help build Juro's community and event presence in the US.
• Engage with in-house lawyers and create meaningful experiences.
• Act as a local ambassador for Juro.
• Contribute to the growth of the legal tech market.

Requirements

• Brilliant communicator and storyteller.
• Natural networker with strong relationship-building skills.
• Confident public speaker.
• Experience as an in-house lawyer or legal ops professional in the US.
• Familiarity with CLM tools and the legal tech stack.
• Experience creating event-related content.
