Resident Network Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Resident Network Engineer works as a technical resource, providing Juniper solutions expertise in support of customer operational requirements. This position involves post-sales support of Juniper’s Network Products and requires developing and maintaining expertise on products deployed within the Customer’s network.

• Provide technical support for Juniper’s Network Products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Junos and IP routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper Networks products.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Technical certifications (JNCIE-SP, JNCIE-ENT, JNCIE-Cloud) preferred.
