Security Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

As our Security Compliance Analyst, you will be the crucial bridge between our world-class security program and our customers, utilizing your technical knowledge to build trust and embed security into customer relationships.

In Short

• Lead security response process for customer inquiries.
• Complete customer security questionnaires and support the Sales team.
• Partner with Sales on calls, articulating security posture.
• Collaborate with Legal on security-related contract terms.
• Maintain a library of security collateral for sales support.
• Manage compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external security audits.
• Maintain information security policies and procedures.
• Administer Vanta Trust Management Platform for compliance.
• Conduct security reviews of vendor compliance postures.

Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years in Information Security, GRC, or IT Audit.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, CCPA, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Understanding of security in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Vanta for compliance management.
• Ability to communicate security topics to diverse audiences.
• Proactive and customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
