Overview

The Technical Support Representative will provide technical assistance to customers in French and English, troubleshoot product-related issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Available for shift rotation
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • No prior experience required, but knowledge of MySQL is essential
  • Knack for technology and customer support
  • Ability to attend 2 weeks of training in Porto
